Charge 3 display not working

 Fitbit Charge 3 display not working, why? It was at 95 % charge

Was it ever determined if this was a hardware or a software issue.  Like the rest of the folks on this thread, my 2+ year old Charge 3 is coming up blank, yet everything else (pulse and vibration notifications) still work.

It looks like a hardware issue as the display first showed some broken images before going totally blank

This is exactly what happened to me! The Fitbit was fine last night and this morning the screen is blank but it was still working normally with the alarms going off and sync working with the phone. Now that I started the TS steps by rebooting the device it seems to not want to sync anymore and the display still isn't working

At this time, I'd like to let you know that I'm not sure about what exactly could have caused this inconvenience, but take into consideration that some issues may occur due to normal wear.
