Hi

I am also having the same problem, I have reset the watch 5 times today which works initially but only for a shot period. I have also changed the clock face this has not helped either.

kind regards

If still in warranty contact fitbit and they will replace it.

It’s only 3 month old, looks like a bit of an issue from what I’ve read on here.

It is! My first lasted 5 months and my second less than 6 months. Contact
fitbit and they give me a option of a new charge 3 or 50% of another
device. My wife has a inspire hr so went for one of them.

Surprisingly just over 1 year old - the screen started getting lines on it for around a week before this total black out happened. Really disappointed 😞

I am not buying another one as this is my second . Really liked it when working but this is ridiculous - not cheap here either!

Mine has stopped working this evening too. Finding it hard to try the reboot or reset as I have no display at all. Currently trying to change the clock face but now the app doesn't seem to be working.

I would still contact Fitbit. You got nothing to lose.

When the same thing happened to me and I couldn't get it to work someone
told me to call Fitbit and if it's under a year they'll give you a
replacement for free

My charge3 display stopped working. I have tried all the fixes mentioned . I am pretty sure that the display just died. I actually saw it. my display was partial so I pushed the button on the side. every time I pushed the button the display got less until it was finally gone and has never come back. I have had my charge3 since July. I love it, I just wish that it still worked properly. Is this covered under warranty? can I get  a replacement?

I'm on my 4th or 5th Charge 3 now. This last one has a corrupt display with grey and white vertical lines. The prior ones failed differently. Fitbit Customer Service has been excellent--keep sending me replacements when the unit I had fails. (Though the replacement I'm waiting for now has been in transit for 12 days now … they use FedEx Smartpost ground, which is an amazingly slow courier.) I really like the Charge 3, but for the product's lack of longevity.

I sent an email but have not had a reply. Unfortunately I have had the C3 14 months so out of warranty.
