 Fitbit Charge 3 display not working, why? It was at 95 % charge

Hello my mom has a charge 3 and right now the screen is black I try all the reboot system and none work.  For what I see it's a reccuring problem with that watch.  I wanna know what can I do for it to work.  Oh and by the way it was her Christmas gift for last year

Mine also started this today. Was working fine, then the display went black. I've tried rebooting it several times, changed the clock face several times,  and still nothing.  It vibrates and still tracks, but no display.

My mom room it was a gift from my dad. It's still track but it's annoying

Comtact where it was purchased as it is still under guarantee. I did this
and got a replacement.

For about the same price, a Garmin Forerunner 35 gives you:

GPS tracking, a useable alarm, a bigger screen and longer battery life...

Has this issue actually ever been resolved? I’ve followed the instructions on charging and holding in for 12 seconds but still doesn’t work! Only had the thing 8 months

I called customer service and they sent a replacement. Other one screen is dead.

That worked perfectly for me. I had to hold it for about 10-12 seconds so if anyone is holding it for only 8 seconds and it's not working, try holding for longer.

My Fitbit Charge 3 Display Screen is not working any more. What should I do about it?

My Fitbit Charge 3 is doing the same thing. I've had to restated at least 3 times today using the suggested method. It is keeping track of my steps but the clock face will not come up. I'm a little frustrated.

I am also having the display issue with dark bands running vertically down the screen. The touch controls also are not operating in properly. Please advise

If still under guarantee I would get on to who you purchased it from and
ask for a replacement.
That's what I did (purchased from Amazon), still worried the same thing
will happen to this new one.

I have the same problem I tried to reset it and change of clock face it does not work for me. Is there anything else I can try or do I need to go into Best By where I got it?

  • Fittbit staff.  My C3 is out of warranty but I don’t understand for such a wide spread problem when you don’t immediately correct this issue when raised by a user

I don't think there's anything else you can do but take it back to where
you purchased it.
