My Charge 3 was already performing poorly (very dim display in sunlight AND evening) but then I went to Settings to check the Brightness, and the display went blank. It will not return, despite depressing the home button on the side or tapping it.

If the instructions shared above don't work and your Tracker vibrates when the side button is pressed, please try to change the clock face:
