Charge 3 display won't turn on when moving my arms

My Charge 3 display does not come on with arm movements, only when the side button is pressed.

On wrist  Settings > Display > Screen Wake > Motion & Button.

If that doesn't work, check you are not in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
