Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

I just had this problem so I sycned my charge 3 to my phone and I went to clock faces with the app and I chose another clock face, it loaded and now it’s back to normal

As of today, my Fitbit Charge 3 is another on with this problem. Fully charged and synced, and I only feel vibration when I press the button.

Managed to solve it on mine by putting the fitbit on charge before trying to restart it. While it's charging, hold down the side button until you get it to restart (loading bar and smiley face). Before doing that it was black screen, vibrating side button and not showing that it had charged on the app. Now it works fine.

My display will not come on, on my new Firbit Charge 3. I got it for Christmas as a gift and I have no receipt to return it. I've charged it overnight. It vibrates when I touch the side but no display and no tracking or sync on my phone either. Not happy. I had my Charge 2 for several years and no issues ever with it.

Ok, potentially good news for all the folks with a dead Fitbit that won’t reset and won’t connect to the app to change the clock face. Ours would vibrate when the side button was touched but nothing else. I let it go completely flat till it no longer vibrates, then put it in the charger and a smiley face appeared, I have now connected with the app and it is applying a firmware update, it might just work give it a try...
