Charge 3 display won't turn on

Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

My Fitbit Charge 3 won't turn on it vibrates if I turn on. I hold for 15 sec charge again but still black, what to do? I charge my Fitbit 3 once a week.

Definitely my least favorite Fitbit of the five I’ve had in four years.

My Charge 3 worked all day. Charged it at night, went to put it on in the morning and it’s a blank (black) screen. It stopped syncing with the app so I can’t change clock. I’ve tried the long restart by holding the button down while charging, get the smiley face, unplug it and still nothing. I’m at a loss.

I received my device yesterday. I went through the setup. Let charge for 2 hours.  When my Charge 3 is on the charger it responds and shows 100% battery but when I remove it from the charger it doesn’t work. The screen doesn’t come on, the button doesn’t work. It’s like there’s no battery. I’ve charged it overnight. I’ve changed the clock face. I’ve unsynced from my phone and then synced it again. I’ve tried the long reset. But all has been unsuccessful. I’m very frustrated and disappointed. Please help!

I have tried the long reset and changing the time face.   Nothing.  Oh, I do get a pulse occasionally during the long reset, one initially and another about 1p seconds in.  I would like a replacement.  How do I get one.

I have the exact same problem. My Charge 3 was working fine for 5 months then today at 47% charged it died! I plugged it in and nothing happened; the side will vibrate when I click on it but it stays black and unresponsive, even when I try to restart it. I kept it plugged in for an hours, and nothing changed, it was just warm. I pressed the button to restart it, but again nothing happened, just a black screen. I’m really upset about this! I use it every day and it malfunctions...! And no one  can tell me how to fix it.

I called the support line and reset all the same resets as well as cleaned the contacts on the watch and charger with alcohol. When this did not work I was told they are sending me a new watch.

I did the same as you,...it still would not come on; however after talking to a very nice lady at the corporate office, I received a new watch!🙂Thanks!
