Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

I had the same issues with a blank screen and tried all the fixes and nothing worked.

My charge 3 is only two weeks old. It appears the charge 3 has a screen sleep mode. I pressed

the button on the left and there was a screen sleep mode or something, I changed it and it has been

working great ever since. Sorry now that I am working I cannot locate the screen that I changed to

identify how to get to it.

I found it, it is called the Screen Wake option here are the instructions.

This save battery when it is turned off like mine was, I do not

know how I turned it off, but it is on and working now.

On your tracker, press and hold the button until the Quick Settings menu appears.
Find the Screen Wake option and tap it to turn it off or on.
Sync your tracker to save the changes.

I tried holding the button the tracker many times wanting something to turn on. It never happened. Fitbit replaced it.

Deb,
my charge would not display when I looked at it. It would display
info if I pushed the button on the left.
I tried all the fixes and nothing would resolve the issue. I finally
held the button as a last resort and
the screen wake display came up. I made the change and it is working
fine. I never turned off the screen,
not sure why it changed to off.

Glad to hear you got a replacement, I had a fitbit one since 2012. I
like the features of the charge 3.

Have a Great Day

My Charge 3 is about a month old. Yesterday it stopped holding a charge. full charge to dead only lasted an hour. I tried to reset it multiple times with no luck, today the charge last about an 30 min. then the screen stopped working. tried to reset again but i can't tell if it did. I tried to change the clock face with no such luck either. full charge only last 10 min if that now. any suggestions??

Hi Alejandra - I had the same problem with my screen.  Tried the long restart as you suggested.  Got the smiley face at the end, but the device then went back to a blank screen as before.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

I have tried the restart, long restart, changing the clock face, letting the battery die completely,  and all of the aforementioned again.

Nothing works.

Do the cleaning of the contacts first then if this doesn’t work call customer service. They replaced mine.

I had the same issues. Low battery so plugged in to charge over night. Woke up to a black screen that won’t activate. Have reset the device and have the smiley face. However it’s now stuck on the smiley face.

my phone app cant connect with the device either so can’t try changing the clock face.

any suggestions?

Reboot didn’t work and I tried it several times.  Neither did the change clock face idea.

Hi, my Charge 3 screen went blank last night, it seems to still be tracking steps when wearing it. I have tried all the troubleshooting, restart, update, delete and reinstall the app, restart the phone, change the clock face. Nothing seems to be working
