Charge 3 display won't turn on

Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

I've been experiencing trouble for the last few days.  Charging wouldn't last, device wouldn't sink, display was going in and out, and now I have not display at all. I too did all of the other steps, 8 second restart, 15 second restart, update firmware. I still have a blank screen. I've only had the device a few months. Not sure what to do.

This is so disappointing I had my daughter’s replaced only a week after I bought it and now the screen is gone dark. The 9 second reset doesn’t help. I don’t know how the 15 second hard reset is supposed to work, I’ve tried the instructions but it does not behave as explained in the “solved” post.

this is a crap device.

I have the exact same problem. Mine went dead after glitching yesterday from screen to screen. When I plug it in it just gets very hot. I unplugged it since I was worried about the heat.

Tried all the above solutions and nothing still

I uninstalled the app and reset my device through the device details part
and then did a whole do over and it's working fine for me. Goodluck

My fitbit also has the blank screen. I have tried the restart and factory reset and tried the clock face change. It still communicates with the app: stats update. I can hear and feel messages but can't see anything on the tracker screen

I have tried resetting and this solution but neither worked. I am really worried. Please help. Fitbit just vibrates while holding for 15 seconds while charging and I removed it and  when plugged in to charging port again, it does not show any smiley.

Did you try changing the clock face?

I did initially when I had the weird vertical lines but it didn't help. Now I can't do anything with it since it won't charge or sync.

Changing the clock face didn't change anything except vibrate and buzz. The tracker screen is still blank.

Please go to the Fitbit app on your smartphone or computer and change the
clock face. Wait a few moments and hopefully it comes back to normal.

I already did several times before posting, both on and off the charger. No change

 

All data seems to be collecting because I can see updayed stats on the app.

I cannot get the screen to show ANYTHING!!! I have tried changing the clock face, I have tried the 15 second turn off with the charging cable on then disconnect and reconnect the charging cable and still NOTHING!!!!! It is doing everything like steps, sleep, etc. Just no face!!! Can anyone help??? I am at my wits= end!!!!! When I do the clock face change, my phone says it is not connected to the fitbit, but IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
