I went to the fitbit help site and here is the link:

https://help.fitbit.com/

There's an option "Lets Talk". I had a web chat and found out that my fitbit3 is out of warranty so they sent me offers to replace it that were heavily discounted. If yours is still under warranty they will replace it so I would contact them and good luck.

Hi Evgeniy,

I'm no expert, just a fitbit owner myself. I was told to:

1. Go into the fitbit app and change the clock face to an analog clock face. In my app, I have two options for analog.
2. Then put the fitbit in the charger and do a hard reboot which is holding your fingernail in the indent for 15 seconds.
3. I also let the fitbit fully charge before I did the first two steps.

Nothing helped so I contacted this link:

https://help.fitbit.com/

And down the page there's an option "Let's Talk" so I clicked on that and had a web chat with one of the rep's. My fitbit is too old so it's out of warranty. If it was still covered they would have sent a replacement. Instead they sent an email to me with a number of models of fitbit that were discounted and I checked the prices and it is a good offer.

I would go through the steps and if they don't work, contact them and I wish you the very best of luck!

Down the page there's a section that says "Let's talk" and if you click there you have the option of contacting fitbit. I had a web chat and found out that my fitbit was too old and out of warranty so they sent an email with options to purchase some models at a good discount. Other people who have fitbits that are still under warranty have had theirs replaced for free. I would contact them and find out where you stand. Good luck.

I was just gifted a new Charge 3. I can't set it up because the screen has not worked at all and when I search for the device using the Fitbit app, it cannot be found. I made sure to charge the device overnight. When I have the device plugged in and charging and I press and hold the button, it vibrates, but holding it for 15+ seconds, releasing the button, unplugging from the charger and then plugging back in yields no results.

Thanks for your help...👍

Only got mine since December, thus I'm not so fond of it not working anymore...

But I'll try fully charging it and then using the restart button...

My charge 3 won’t turn on. The smiley face comes on when I plug it in, then the screen turns black.

Try pushing the power button three times, and on the third time hold it in. My friend did that and it worked. It showed him a smiley face, and has been working ever since.
