Charge 3 display won't turn on

Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

After not using for quite a while, I charged my device over night and it will not turn on.

Try holding reset button for 8 seconds while fit bit is on charger.

I've had my charge 3 for 12 weeks. Always worked great till yesterday. I was not able to charge it at all. No screen no vibration no sync, nothing. Left it charging overnight but still nothing.

Try changing your clock face. It worked for me.

Same happened to me yesterday. Reid resetting on charger and it didnt work. I changed the clock face to a new face and then back to the one I liked and it came back on!

Mines is the same. Blank screen ive tried a restart and no joy 😢

Fixed!! Plug your fitbit into the charger... Then hold down button for 15 seconds... Smiley face should appear. Done.

My fitbit will charge, when I put it on the screen goes black after about 5 minutes.      What could be wrong?

Finely having a replacement sent, fingers crossed it will work.  Took a lot of emails to get anywhere though. If I could of found the box it came in I'd of phoned QVC up and asked for a refund. Good luck

Hi, yes there is no screen at all and it had no lights flashing underneath. And vibration had stopped. I tried everything constantly as was driving me crazy that it wouldn't work. Wouldn't charge either.

Hello Recovery runner! Do not frett.i had the same issue. Have it plugged in...hold down the button until you see the smiley face, then unplug. This allows to reset. other folks had changed the face clock and indicated that this is als a fix however I did not try this. Happy jogging!From lets do this!Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Note5, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone

Same problem here with a few months old Charge 3. But this trick helped us out. Pushed the button for 10 seconds while hooked up to the charger and then a happy face appeared. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks. Tried that. No happy face. I got it to display longer while wearing it. Goes black now after about an hr. Works fine on charger.
