Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

I'm with everyone else. My fitbit has a blank screen and only vibrates. What gives? Ive had it less then a month. What gives???

I've also experienced this issue (My Charge H3 would vibrate if I tapped the capacitive button as if it were working, but the display would never illuminate. The FitBit app also asserted it was properly syncing.)
To fix it, I simply opened the Fitbit app and selected a different watch face. Retro Double Stat was the face it was on first. I like Retro Double Stat so once I switched back to it, it still seems to be working fine.

Welcome on board @Summerset1022! If your Charge 3 only vibrates, Itry changing the clock face to a different one to bring the display back. The steps can be found at How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

You should try changing your clock face. I know this is weird, but it seems to get stuck and this will un-freeze the screen.

Hey guys just thought I might help by adding I have had the same issue with my charge 3 tried resetting but still blank face so I went into the app and I could get mine to sync but still face was blank so I tried changing the clock face just to try something and it worked so maybe that will help some of you with the same issue.

I have had my Charge 3 for 4 months and have had no problems until yesterday when my display disappeared and would not come back. I read through the forum and tried the easy thing first by changing my clock face and it worked. My display is back.

I was wearing my charge 3 yesterday, i looked what time it was and the screen was black.. i looked at the app thinking there was no battery in it but it was on 97%, i charged it anyways for 30mins, left it overnight and its still blank but jt does viberate when i have a message on my phone just no screen! I only had it 2 weeks ago!

I'd recommend to restart your Charge 3. In case the restart does not work, try changing the clock face to a different one.
