Hi there,

I went through all of the steps that would potentially fix my fitbit3 and nothing helped so I contacted this link:

If you scroll down the page there's a section that says "Let's talk" and if you click there you have the option of contacting fitbit.

I had a web chat and found out that my fitbit was too old and out of warranty so they sent an email with options to purchase some models at a good discount and I purchased a new one. Other people who have fitbits that are still under warranty have had theirs replaced for free. I would contact them and find out where you stand. Good luck!

I am having the same issue.  Woke up this morning and my screen was blank.  It's syncing to the app and it shows that I have 88% battery charge on it.  I tried plugging it in and holding the button and got nothing.  After a while I got some random dots and lines on the screen, but not nothing again.

I did what it said. I plugged it in again and it and it worked. Read the
original post and try again. Good luck!

I'm no expert, just a fitbit owner myself. I was told to:

1. Go into the fitbit app and change the clock face to an analog clock face. In my app, I have two options for analog.
2. Then put the fitbit in the charger and do a hard reboot which is holding your fingernail in the indent for 15 seconds.
3. I also let the fitbit fully charge before I did the first two steps.

Nothing helped so I contacted this link:

I have tried the long reset 4 time or more. This is not working to turn the screen on. What do I do?

Go to your app on phone and change the trackers clock face.

I've tried all the recommended methods of fixing this and none of them work. Still get vibrations but no screen so it's a pretty useless bit of kit right now.

What are the next steps? Can I return it to Fitbit for a replacement?

I tried the start up ,also the long startup ,it was vibrating only but now it won't do anything .

I contacted them via chat today and they're sending me a new one out as
it's still under warranty. Absolutely no hassle, all they did was check
that I'd tried all the solutions here.

This company will not help you fix your fit bit or service it. these scumbags do this purposely so that you have to go out and buy another $150 fit bit. I'm I mean look, they had not given any body a wall plug to charge up the fit bit. What if you did not have any other wall plugs? The company is pure **ahem**.

Play you're lucky you have a warranty on your fit bit. I did not have a warranty on my sit bit because it just Went out of warranty when my screen went black and it disconnected from my phone so I could not put another face on it I called them and they told me basically to go **ahem**n myself
