I have tried to restart the fitbit by holding the button down for 8 seconds and the 15 second restart while connected to the charging cable. It will sync with my phone but the screen still won't come on. Could someone please help?

I think that you have to plug it in and leave it on the charger for a few min and then unplug it it might wake your charge 3 up.

I left it plugged up all night last night and it still won't wake up.
