Charge 3 displays battery over clock face

My fitbit charge 3 started displaying the battery on top of the clock interface. I thought the screen got broken because I recently bumped my wrist on to something and thought it was permanently going to display the icon across all displays. But, if when I swiped to see the other displays, the battery icon disappeared but it still displays over the clock interface.

 

At first, I tried to restart the watch as I have read from other posts here but it did not work. I also tried changing the clock interface into something different but it also didn't work.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. For a better understanding of the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 3, can you please send me a picture of what your Charge 3 is displaying? In the meantime I receive your answer, you can try our restart process.
