I’ve had my charge 3 for almost 3 years and has always maintained a good charge to last a few days, up to a week.
but recently when I came back from holiday it stopped holding a charge and now it can’t even charge properly. It has the text “Check charger, battery is not charging” when its plugged in.
I’ve tried different power sources and tried cleaning the prongs, and even rebooted my fitbit, but nothing as worked.
Besides the charging issue, its functions are fine.

Mine is having charging issues too. It heats up and gets warm when i try to charge it I cleaned the prongs and changed bases. Its still not working
