Charge 3 do not disturb has disappeared

For some reason my "do not disturb" option has disappeared so that I no longer can allow vibration when texts or calls come in. I have rebooted the device.

You could try pairing your tracker with your account again. Follow the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

Tried re-pairing and still no DND option. So I don't get vibrations on texts or phone calls. Also dealing with a dim screen. Next suggestions????
