a replacing Charge 2 with a new charge 3. Trying to set up but there is no charge 3 picture on the account setup page to start setup procedure. Already deleted Charge 2 from Account. How do I get the Charge 3 set up?

I take you are using Connect to set it up? It does not support the newer models
It needs to be set up on the phone.

Thank you Wendy B . I also found that I can't setup Chg 3 in same account as Chg 2. Have to have separate account for Chg 3.
