Hi everyone,
I just recieved my Charge 3 and am now using it for tracking my exercise. I do crossfit which is mostly very high intensity. When i let the app autotrack my exercise it comes out with a weird calorie count, like 100 calories in 30 minutes when it was very high intensity. However, when i try to manually input the exercise as crossfit it puts a set number of calories. That changes to a different number when i put weights as exercise. I also have to adjust the intensity myself, where it will change the calories, but it should be able to calculate that itself based on my pulse, right?
What can i do, its really frustrating. I have no idea how much i burn during my exersice..

Hello @Caecilierh and a warm welcome. CrossFit isn't an exercise regimen that auto tracks well at all. Auto tracking works best with something that is sustained and consistent. Breaks in the workout restart the clock to start the auto track all over again. Adding something manually works best for trackers that don't measure heart rate. The best way to track your CrossFit is to use the Exercise app. There is no specific exercise shortcut labelled CrossFit. The closest one is Bootcamp. Others options are Circuit Training and Workout.
If you aren't familiar with setting your preferences with the Exercise app, this help article is the best guide.
The Bootcamp, Circuit Training and Workout choices might give different calorie burns. Try the different options. You seem familiar with perceived exertion. So use the one that feels right.
