Fitbit gets time from watch when syncs; that's the only way.

Hi @Dodejo you say the time is incorrect, then go on to say that it has no time at all.. What do you mean by no time at all?
Is there a screen that shows a clock?
Have you tried setting up the Charge 3?
BTW I've moved your Charge 3 question into the Other Charge models board.

Hello @Dodejo. It's great to see you around! @JohnnyRow, @Rich_Laue Nice to see you around and thanks for your great input!
@Dodejo Thank you for the information. At this time, I'd like to let you know that the time on your Charge 3 should be fixed after syncing. If this is not the case, I'd recommend making sure that the time zone setting in the Fitbit app is correct by following the instructions in this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
In addition, take into consideration that you can change the clock face on your Charge 3 by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
