Is anyone having a problem connecting your charge 3 to the new galaxy S21 for phone and text notifications?

Mine was working at first and then it stopped.  I just got a new S21 5G two days ago not sure how to fix this

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for any step you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd recommend making sure that you have followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

In addition, I'd like to let you know that the Fitbit app should work without any inconvenience if your mobile devices meet the requirements listed here: 

https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices.
