Why does heart rate data not show up with GPS data? Heart zone is new in last update. I have charge 3 with connected GPS to iPhone. Thanks!

Hello, I am having the same problem. These articles are not helpful in resolving the issue. The heart rate zones were showing up consistently, and I have not made any changes to how I use my Fitbit. I assume this is the same for @Eileen1965, as I have seen a few other posts with the same problem while trying to search for a solution. Please help us resolve the issue; it is a real bummer! Thanks!

I'm sorry, but these articles don't have anything to do with the HR zone in my run data.
