Charge 3 doesn't show green or red light

I got no red or green light. Battery is emty after few hours, and my fitbit is just vibrating. No heart beat registradet. Have already tried all tips like re-start, reinstallere and so on. I dont know what to do.

I dont know how, but  a couple of hours after help from the support team, my fitbit start working again.

Hell. 

I am so happy about the Support Team. My Fitbit would not work, and wouldn't track heart rate. The green light was gone after a while, and nothing seems to help. I got a replacement in just 24 hours. No I am on track again, and so pleased by the service. Thank you very much.
