May I ask what phone you have, @Zusan 

Do you get notifications on your wrist?

Is the Fitbit app running in the background on the phone?

Is bluetooth on and your phone has an internet connection?

How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

Hi there

I have a Fitbit Charge 3.


I got the weather app to work.

Just trying to connect the GPS to my Charge3.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A71 cell.

Everything else is working now and connected properly.

GPS is the only problem to connect to my walking activity etc.

es you can get the weather app on your fitbit

Hello @Zusan what error if any do you receive with the gps?

For some reason a few phones need to have an internet connection to get GPS to work, then the internet may be turned off.

It's fine now. Figured gps out.
