Hi,
I’ve had the Fitbit Charge 3 for a couple of months now and when tracking walks it doesn’t link or create the mapping of where I have been as it used to with my Surge. Is this something that the Charge 3 doesn’t do? If it is, can you please help me with getting it to work?

Thanks for bringing this up, I'll be glad to help you in regards with the maps not being created after your walks with your Charge 3.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here to notify about some issues with your Charge 3's screen and they tried to help you. However, they didn't hear back from you since April 21th, if you haven't checked your inbox, please give it a look and try the steps they have recommended you. Let them know the outcome and please notify them about what's happening with your maps so they can also troubleshoot this with you as it may be related to the issues you wrote about in the first place.
