Whenever I have to charge my charge 3, it won't sync up. It also doesn't register my sleep or metrics. I have to reboot the device& then pair it again.
Its incredibly annoying as it only holds a charge for about 3 days now. Its about 9 months old.

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. I'm very sorry for the experience and I'd like to recommend following the troubleshooting steps for syncing, in this link: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I also recommend performing a long restart to your Charge 3 to see if that refreshes the performance, this way your Charge 3 can start tracking your Sleep and therefore, your metrics. You can do this, by following the steps below:
