Charge 3 doesn’t turn on even when charged

Last Wednesday, I was on holiday and forgot to take my watch off when going on a swim. I usually get it wet but I have just replaced it with a new strap but decided to forgo wearing it once I had realised. As soon as I took it out of the water, I dried it and waited until friday evening to charge it. It switched on when charged on Friday evening but now only shows a blank screen. Along with the black screen my watch overheats when charged.I have tried both the 8 second and 15 second reset since, neither have worked.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for every step tried prior posting. Based on the troubleshooting described in your post, it seems you have the Charge 3 which is unresponsive. That being said, I got in touch with our Support team so they can create a case on your behalf and continue helping you with this situation via email. Please note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.

 

By the way, I've moved your post to the Charge 3 board so we can keep our forums organized.
