My Charge 3 started vibrating suddenly of and on while the display switched between the time and the locked screen. Pushing the button to change anything did not work. So no soft reset on the Charge 3 was possible. Tried the hard reset when on the charger for both the 8 and 15 seconds several times. At one point it seemed it rebooted but then the smiley face would not disappear. Now the screen is black, green lights are out and when in the charger it sometimes vibrates.
