Hello,
After a few days of issues with the heart rate monitor not working, my Fitbit starting to vibrate for no reason, shut on off and off, etc. It will no longer hold a charge, turn off, restart, nothing. It's a black screen. I've only had this a few years, and feel like this is too early for it to just stop working all together. Any suggestions?

Exactly how long have you had the device? It sounds like it may be on it's last legs and you may be able to exchange it.
