My charge 3 does not vibrate when I done my steps or if anyone is ringing me

@Debz28 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

 

Make sure that the tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode by long pressing its button as this will disable the vibrations. Also check your notifications settings by following these instructions.
