Charge 3 drained the battery and stopped working

Fitbit Charge 3 stopped working all of a sudden last week. It’ll charge to 100%, then 2 mins later turn off. I’ll plug it back in, and it’ll go from 1% to 100% in seconds. Same issue. Even if I leave it plugged in.

 

I had the battery replaced, and the battery tested and had no issues. Same issue…
