My charge 3 just started having an issue where it is:
1) not holding a charge more than a day (previously 5 days, very sudden drop off in battery life) and
2) is acting like the side button/screen is being pressed. It will not display properly and periodically starts vibrating and rotating through menu options without being touched or even worn.
I've tried restarting it via holding the side button but cannot access the Settings menu to try restarting that way. No luck so far.
Any advice on troubleshooting/fixing this issue?
