Have already checked previous posts noting the same issue with a solution from 2018 for a Fitbit Blaze which DOES NOT WORK.

This time Fitbit was charged from laptop USB rather than a wall socket.

I am having same problem as hockysa and Lkstreet. My charge 3 is 18 months old. I needed to charge approx once-per-week.

Starting last week...cannot hold a charge for longer than 1 day. I loaded the firmware update yesterday. Now...down to 0% within 12 hours.

I've turn most all notifications off, but seemed to make problem worse. Right now, down 10% within 20 minutes
