Charge 3 dying in the night off a full charge, not automatically tracking exercise

Hi all - bit worried my Charge 3 is dead, I charge it fully every day and it dies in the night. Yesterday I did a 45 min walk and it registered 0 steps and 55 calories, isn’t measuring heart rate.

 

I tried plugging into my laptop and resetting, also disconnecting and reconnecting to the app!

Is your Charge 3 battery charging? Does it register steps daily? Is HR on?
