Charge 3 erased the data synced to the Fitbit App

Took a walk today that initially updated steps and activity level, and then several hours later, all that data disappeared. Tried syncing, checked for updates, logged out and restarted phone  before logging back in and still doesn't show the information - what gives?

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. In order for us to further assist, is it the first time that it happens? 

 

In the meantime, I recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3. You can perform a restart by following the instructions here. I also recommend following these troubleshooting steps for any syncing inconvenience. 

 

On a side note, there isn't an option to get the activity or activities that were erased. In this case, I recommend that you manually log the activities by following the instructions here
