Charge 3 erratic heart beat and calory consumption measure

Erratic readings for heart beat and calorie consumption measure - the heartbeat goes upto 200 and calorie consumption shows about 10/11 a minute for simple workouts , and counters keep changing .This been  for the late two days with no variance in my workout regime
