I cannot get my Charge 3 to sync with my Sprint HTC m9. It used to work just fine until about 10 days ago. I've tried everything I can think of. I've rebooted the device, turned off and on bluetooth/wifi/data, rebooted the telephone, cleared the cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit software. Nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?
