Hi, I have a new Charge 3 and I want to update my exercise shortcuts on my tracker to include yoga, hike, etc.
I have removed the ones I don’t want on the app but they will not sync. Every time I sync them it returns to the original exercise shortcuts that were preloaded onto the tracker and switches my options back on the app... any ideas?

I have this problem also and I have restarted the app and it’s uodated. Every time I change interval workout times it reverts back to default.

I had the same problem. Updated them in the app and it showed correctly in the app but wouldn't update on the Fitbit. The app is up-to-date. Restarted the Fitbit. Nothing.
This thread wasn't helpful so I found one for the Blaze and tried that solution; it worked!
When I went to the web dashboard, it showed all of the old shortcut settings. I updated it on my laptop and voila! Now the order on the app and the order on both the web dash and the actual device don't match. Obviously, something's not talking to each other.

I just got the Charge 3 and I’m having the same problem. The exercise shortcuts aren’t syncing on my watch so I can’t use them. My watch has run, bike and the Pilates 4 times. I can’t change it. Anyone know what to do about that?

All of my exercise shortcuts have defaulted to Pilates....very frustrating

same issue here I have run and then Pilates 5 times. Just happened with no changes from me and it will not synch back to the shortcuts I have set up. I am assuming a glitch in a Fitbit update

I’m currently having the same problem. I’ve updated my list in the app and the actual web browser but still on my Fitbit it hasn’t updated and it has Pilates twice..very frustrating. No idea how to fi it, app is up to date as well.

I've read several posts regarding this issue here and no help on how to fix from tech support. I had this happening to me the last few days and I finally removed the device from the app ("Card" in top right, select device, scroll down to "remove device"). When I re-added the device, I set up the exercise shortcuts as I wanted them and upon syncing they appeared on my charge 3. Hope this helps everyone!

After trying several things, a simple reboot fixed the issue. On your device, go to Settings, About and then Reboot. All the shortcut exercises then synced properly.

Hi there,
This still isn’t resolved...most of my exercise shortcuts on my device are listed as Pilates, despite my exercise list on my phone app not being repeated options of Pilates! I’ve tried multiple solutions to get my charge 3 to show the shortcuts...resyncs, reboots, etc...it’s still saying Pilates for most options!
Like another poster, I’m assuming this is an update issue, as it wasn’t a problem previously. Can you flag this with the people that need to know? I’m recatagorising my workouts as a workaround, but I shouldn’t have to 😐

Does this help fix the interval training issue? It keeps resetting the times back to factory and I’m trying to move them.
