Charge 3 exercise shortcuts aren't updating

Hi, I have a new Charge 3 and I want to update my exercise shortcuts on my tracker to include yoga, hike, etc.

 

I have removed the ones I don’t want on the app but they will not sync. Every time I sync them it returns to the original exercise shortcuts that were preloaded onto the tracker and switches my options back on the app... any ideas?

Honestly I’m not sure I don’t usually use that, but I’d imagine it would.

I was also suddenly stuck with Run and 5 Pilates this solution worked for my Fitbit charge 3! Thank you!

Hi, this is still an issue for my Fitbit and I’ve redownloaded the app, resynced the Fitbit and the shortcuts still aren’t syncing

I just followed the person that posted above you and the reset worked.  Do the following:

On your device, go to Settings, About and then Reboot. All the shortcut exercises then synced properly.

Scroll left all the way to "settings"

click on settings and then scroll up until you get to "about"  it is the last thing in the list.

click on about and scroll up until you see reboot device.

click reboot device and scroll up until you see the check mark and select the check.

This worked for me.

I had to update the app in the App Store as well as remove and reconnect the device to get them to sync.

gosh I wish there was a basic instruction manual... all this shot is hidden until you do some major search...it’s very frustrating!
