Charge 3 exercises not syncing to Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Exercise is tracking and displaying on my Fitbit but it doesn't seem to sync consistently to my Fitbit app. Steps and sleep are ok but it is active minutes and exercise that is the issue. I've tried the reboot and restart options but it hasn't rectified the issue.

@Kellyd81 Welcome to the forums!  Can you provide more information, like what phone you're using and attempting to sync to?  Not all phones/operating systems are supported.

Yes, of course. I'm using a Samsung s9 and have checked everything suggested in the support page. It has only been an issue for the last week or so and have had the charge 3 since Christmas without any problems. Thank you

@Kellyd81 Since doing a restart/reboot, have you tried to do an exercise again to see if the issue is fixed?  It may not add back those exercises and active minutes, but the issue could be fixed after the reboot.

Yes have tried since. It's so frustrating as to track exercise is the whole point of me having the tracker. Would.you advise contacting fit bit for advice or replacement?

I'm having this issue, too. I save a workout but it has (not synced) next to it and doesn't look like my active minutes are being tracked.

I’m having this problem too.  I have been for weeks.

for example, I’m frequently getting 0 active minutes despite doing over 25k steps.  Calories go backwards with every sync yet right themselves at the end of the day - unlike active minutes.

i can do 14 active hours and only have 5 register.

and to add insult to injury, I did well over 22k steps on Monday and when it synced it dropped to 4,122.  I added them manually but this is getying super frustrating.

ive restarted, rebooted, un bluetoothed and every suggested thing but no joy.

Ive posted here a couple of times but received no real solutions.

i was going to buy the new charge but I won’t unless I know I won’t have the same problems with that.
