The screen on my Charge 3 is black, it will not sync and no green light. My app cannot find the device. I've tried doing a reset while device is plugged in. All the happens is vibrating. Nothing on face. Last night in the middle of the night it just randomly starting vibrating. I couldn't get it to stop. Last week the face went black and I was able to fix it. This time nothing that has been suggested on here seems to work.
I am having the exact same issue. I just came in from a workout and it started vibrating and then just went blank and the green light is not on. It also is hot to the touch.
I hope FitBit will fix this. Mine is only a week old.
I decided to return it today. It’s in the mail. Just not worth the back and forth! And it seems like quite a few people are having the same or similar trouble with the Charge 3. good luck and take care
