The face of my Charge 3 went blank. I have done the resets. Occasionally I will see the time on the face first thing in the morning, but the face is then blank. I still receive the data on my phone. I spoke with customer service with no answers. They then referred me to a higher level customer service. No fixes. A discount offered to buy a new Fitbit. I bought this Fitbit 18 months and really can not buy into the concept of buying another one after such a short period of time. Any suggestion?
