Hello, I have had my FitBit Charge 3 for 1 year and 1 month. The face light is fading and getting worse each day. I have reset and rebooted several times while fully charged to no avail. Can someone please offer advice on how to fix?

My Charge 3 is fully charged. I have restarted short, long, and changed the clockk face. The light is only working centrally, but very dim. Can't read anything as the left and right sides of face are black. Also, the brightness setting now only allows normal and not auto. How long do these LEDs last?
