Charge 3 face still blank but fully charged

Any new ideas on how to get the face of my Charge 3 working again because it’s not even 1 year old yet? I’ve tried restarting it both ways and I’ve changed clock faces loads of times but to no avail ???

same thing here and this is the second device to do this. What the heck is going on with quality ughhhhhh. I figured must be a fluke but then the replacement does the same thing 3 months later. I don t abuse it, heck , if anything i baby it.

Sorry to tell you, but it's gone. If you've had it less than a year, they'll send you a new one, but if not...like most of us on here, you're just out a smart watch.

First tracker 2 wrist bands broke, Charger 3 the blank face after s little over s year and one band. Switching to another brand

Please stop telling us to continuing trying the reset process.  It does not work.  After getting the vibrations, nothing else happens.  The screen continues to be blank.  What should we do next?

I have the same same problem as others in the thread.  The screen started blinking, I did both resets.  Now the screen is dead.  It was charged.  My iPhone can no longer find my Fitbit.  My Fitbit is still under warranty how do I proceed?  Thank you

I have the same problem with my Fitbit 3; I tried restarting it multiple times, in the past - this technique has helped but not today 😞

I am having same issue. My Fitbit is capturing my activity but I have to view it through the app. No display. Has worked fine and then I wake up the other morning and nothing!  I have tried restarting a number of times and changing the clock face to still have a blank screen. VERY FRUSTRATING!  My Charge 3 is only a year old. Received it last year for Mother’s Day.

Hi, I've been experiencing the same issue and I've tried all methods mentioned at least 10 times. My fit bit is only a couple of months old.

My Charge 3 €140 Fitbit with blank screen remains - PLEASE LET ME KNOW WILL YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE IT as it became faulty on 28/04/2020 - purchased 11/05/2019.

Thank you so much for your advice to chat online - I did just that and as a result they are replacing my faulty charge 3 with a new one. Julie was the girls name and she was apologetic and very good in her dealings with me! Thanks again😃

Hello,
It was not my suggestion to chat online but I also did that and my Charge 3 is also going to be replaced. It most likely will not be a new one, but it will be in working condition. That was a better option from what they first told me, which was a 25% discount on a new device. Good luck!
