Charge 3 face still blank but fully charged

Any new ideas on how to get the face of my Charge 3 working again because it’s not even 1 year old yet? I’ve tried restarting it both ways and I’ve changed clock faces loads of times but to no avail ???

ita happened to me too I’ve tried every suggestion multiple time

This is strange that so many people have had the same issues in a very short space of time.  
Fitbit you need to solve this or replace our units, warranty or not. This is my second Fitbit, I gave my 2 to my son it has never skipped a beat and it’s disappointing that my 3 has failed like this.

Was your Fitbit under a year old?

It was more than a year old possibly, I could not be sure, but that does not seem to be a problem

They were very helpfull give them a call

I don't understand at all. For most of us who have had ours over a year, we were offered 25% off a new product. I think it makes me more angry that they replace some and not others. I had the same answer from the first person and then 2 supervisors. Did you have an extended warranty perhaps?

I did not tell you what the suitable response was, however I am not sure if it was more or les than a year old. They were able to see when I had registered it and provided me with a solution that I was satisfied with.

i will leave it up to you all to negotiate your own result. Just give them a call.

that sounds exactly like mine.  This is my second one and same thing happens.  That should be impossible.  Just so irritated at this tracker.  Lot of things i like but the durability sucks.  Think im gonna try Garmin.  The quality is suppose to be very high.

Mine was just over a year old. I did contact them. The inference was "Too bad, no more warranty. Here's a 20% discount on another of our expensive products that we can't guarantee will last more than two years." No thanks.
