My charge 3 screen had partly faded. I did all that was suggested but it made no difference. Luckily I bought it from Amazon so it was under guarantee . I contacted them , they put me straight in touch with fitbit themselves. My new replacement is on its way. So pleased with the customer services .

I received my Fitbit charge 3 as a gift less than 2 years ago...over the last two weeks it no longer illuminates
any suggestions?

Please try to change the brightness of your Fitbit Charge 3 to see if the issue gets resolved. For instructions on how to navigate your Charge 3, please visit this article
Whether this doesn't help, you can restart your Tracker by following these steps. In addition, please make sure the features Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are disable.
