So i just bought my charge 3 and it seems to fail pairing with my phone i have an iphone 8 which i made sure was up to date no updates needed i also made sure i updated my fitbit app
every time i try to set it up i get the number showing on my fitbit and when i put it in it says ( something went wrong there was an error while trying to pair your device)
here is what i did so far:
made sure my fitbit was fully charged + connected to the charger
tried reseting my fitbit multiple times
turned off bluetooth multiple times
deleted the app multiple times
made sure there is no other device connected to my bluetooth
deleted my previous charge 2
turned off my phone multiple times
tried other devices (other iphones)
i basically did everything i’ve read on other forums but not luck
