I've had this tracker since it was originally released. Never had a single problem until two days ago. When Fitbit required a firmware update. I couldn't sync. I followed all steps in troubleshooting. And know I can't re-setup the device. I can't even pair the device anymore. I spoke with customer care, walked through all of the same troubleshooting steps; no resolution. Clearly there is something wrong with the tracker since the update. All they will do is offer me a 25% discount for a new tracker. SERIOUSLY, why would I buy another Fitbit????

I have exactly the same problem!! it's ridiculous!!!!🤬
