Charge 3 not working
On 24 November it started vibrating and flashing between screens.
I tried to reboot it which failed it did not roll over the date or exercise history for 3 days.
It can now be accessed if attached to the charger and is stuck on November 25.
The battery is not charging.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working and it not charging. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Thank You Alvaro, just wanted to let you know that my Charge3 now only wake up if connected to the charger.
Even when happens it is still stuck on November 25 and will not accept charge.
I was wondering when I should expect an email from the support team.
Also as my Charge3 is still under guarantee will it be repaired or replaced.
