Charge 3 flickering between screens and won't stop vibrating

My charge 3 has just started vibrating along with a screen glitch where it goes from the home screen to the sleep/do not disturb screen as well as the battery draining in just a couple of hours. I have restarted it but that has not helped.

Hi there @Alinic3, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 before reaching out. 

Please try performing a long restart on your tracker by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

See if the battery keeps draining after doing the steps above.

The screen and vibrate glitch is actually worse now that I've done the long
restart. The glitch is like the button and the screen is being pressed
continuously and the screen switches from the sleep/do not disturb to the
normal screen and then like its being scrolled through and then the screen
will go black and it will start the glitch again.

Do you have any other suggestions to troubleshoot to solve this? When I try
to do another long restart it as is if the progress bar never finishes.
